Use the API without writing code

You don't need to be a developer to automate Icypeas. Pick the tool you already use and follow the guide: each one takes about 10 minutes.

The recipe is always the same​

Whatever the tool, an Icypeas automation has three steps:

  1. 1. Send the searchPOST /email-search answers instantly with a search _id.
  2. 2. Wait a few secondsIcypeas looks for the email and checks it with the mail server.
  3. 3. Read the resultPOST /bulk-single-searchs/read with the _id, or get it pushed to a webhook.

So in every tool you will:

  1. Add an HTTP request step that sends the name and company to /email-search (or the email to /email-verification).
  2. Add a wait / delay / sleep step of about 10 seconds.
  3. Add a second HTTP request step that sends the _id from step 1 to /bulk-single-searchs/read, and use the email it returns.
